We are aware of local requirements for required upgrades in arc-fault protection of bedrooms, installation of interlocking smoke detectors and general code requirements that will be necessary to have your older home pass stringent new standards.  We can even make improvements by adding receptacles, switches, lights, cable and phone while we are repairing damaged areas.

Our pricing for minor upgrades and changes such as ceiling fans, kitchen and bath remodels as part of repairs are extremely reasonable.
