James began his electrical career in the United States Air Force where he completed USAF Technichal School and a four year apprenticeship.  He has held journeymans cards in Clark County and New Mexico.  After an honorable discharge from the USAF he completed a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.   James has held his master electricians card since March of 1997.
