Delivering Excellence One Project At A Time Our mission at Pinnacle Electric, Inc. is to provide a wide range of electrical services with attention to quality, detail and safety to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. To ensure our continued success we:
History Pinnacle Electric began servicing customers in 1997 as a 'sole proprietor' business with one electrician. We now have eight electricians with six stocked service vehicles and have incorporated. Pinnacle serves customers in the greater Las Vegas Valley, Boulder City, Indian Springs, Moapa, and Sandy Valley. Its customers include general contractors, developers, realtors, mobile home communities, mobile home manufacturers, warranty companies, property management companies, and home owners. Until the beginning of 2008 all our business had been word of mouth and return business.
Our Philosophy There is a greater purpose. It is not enough to go through life earning a living. The most rewarding projects are those with the human element. Not just changing a receptacle or changing a breaker, but restoring life to normal when the things we take for granted stop working. Like when the clothes dryer quits half way thru the cycle with a wet load of laundry. We have been there. It is not just the laundry, it is the system that affects so much more in our over busy lives. You may find another electrician to do the job for less, but we believe you will have to spend some time doing that. You will not find a better value; prompt, friendly service at reasonable rates. We guarantee that we will NEVER take advantage of a customer because of circumstances by charging rates above our competition.
Our electricians are not paid a commission. They have no advantage to charging inflated prices. Our service rate is the same that we would expect other electricians to charge our families. We are vigilant in checking prices of our competition to ensure the most competitive pricing in both labor and materials. By viewing web sites of our competition we have found that our prices for service changes, panel changes, ceiling fan pre-wires are over 50% less. Material prices are guaranteed less than those recommended by a national pricing guide. We will have the book available for your inspection upon request. All service vehicles are fully stocked with not only parts and standard tools, but also specialty troubleshooting tools to locate opens, shorts, faults, and conceled wiring problems. Our experienced electricians look forward to meeting with you and helping you with any electrical installation or service needs. We hope to be able to add you to our family of satisfied customers. Troubleshoot VS Estimate A free estimate is gladly given. A troubleshoot we charge for our service. The difference between the two is information. An estimate is given when a know quantity of time and materials can be written up to complete a project. For instance... installing a light fixture, ceiling fan, or other item. A troubleshoot is when a problem exists that must be found before an estimate can be given. Since the problem must be found, we are not sure how long it will take to find or the materials that will be needed to make the repair. Troubleshooting is not free and usually takes between 1 and 3 hours. Once the problem has been found we can give an estimate to make the needed repairs. Nevada Contractors License 43938A C-2 Contract limit $600,000.
